Sticky Stuff!

Carla and I made Pastillas de Leche! We only realized how sticky they were when we had to knead them with our hands! Oh my! Haha! Good thing we washed our hands thoroughly before starting! I kept that part out of the video as to not gross you people (who will be trying them!) out! It's pretty easy to make, surprisingly! You can also add more powdered milk if you prefer. Our brother Michael loves it milky :)

Pastillas de Leche

Ingredients:
1 can condensed filled milk
2 cups powdered milk
white sugar, for rolling

Procedure

  1. Mix the condensed milk and powdered milk together in a large mixing bowl. Stir evenly and very well.
  2. Knead the mixture with your hands. Be very sure that your hands are clean!!! This part gets super sticky!
  3. Let it set for 10 minutes.
  4. Get a small amount (depending on how big you want a serving of one pastilla to be) and roll it on sugar to coat it.
  5. Wrap in squares of cartolina paper and japanese paper for presentation.
